Q.
combination feeding , yellow poop with white seeds ,and jelly like appearance, in 3 month old twin babies . In a day poops twice or thrice in large quantity and lil poop present most of the time while changing diapers. is this normal?

this is normal stool as per the age of the child.
this variation maybe seen when the child is on milk.
if the growth and the weight of the child is within normal limits then there is no need to worry.
if you still feel that something is different you can get the child examined by the doctor who will tell you if there is need for any stool examdination or not
