Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and coaid drop is a digestive which is effective for fast relief of colic pain and flatulence. Coaid drop contains Simethicone, Fennel oil and Dill oil. and it should be given as per doctor prescription. take care
