RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. U And a hot compress 3 to 4 times in a day that’s going to be a lot helpful when you are having clocked ducts it’s one of the best remedies act you can try otherwise if it is required you can always take an advice from a lactation doctor
