Q.
Clogged duct in one side of breast....A small white spot is near opening of nipple... painful during and after feeding... Doing warm water treatment... Any other solution?? also let me know why it's happened ?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. You can use hot fomentation and try to express the milk from that clogged up and try to use hot fomentation and pressing expressed breast milk can always be given after collecting it in a bottle use a baby

It Mostly happens when too much of milk is there which is why it is said that you should go for hot compress to soft it down otherwise if you are having some pimple or some kind of a thing which you are saying it’s paining then you should get it checked with your gyn ones
