In addition to that try to include iron rich vegetables and iron fortified foods like sweet potato, ragi, oats, beetroot, peas etc., after one year of age u can give eggs, fish, all greens, lentils, soya beans, dry fruits, jaggery, tofu etc., always follow ur doctors advice as haemoglobin levels has to be in good range for baby to gain immunity and fight infections. Also, Try giving ur baby finger foods (without choking hazard and you are sure ur baby can chew well and eat) which ur baby can feed on their own . Don't worry about the mess. Some babies don't like to eat until they explore the food themselves. Also try to change the routine menu and introduce new recipes following the two day gap rule.
Use different colored plates in different shapes and different types of spoons in different colours to get ur child's attention. Maintain a schedule for breastfeeding and solid feeding and stick to it.
