ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if stool is watery than it nedd a proper examination. As long as your baby's poos are soft and easy to pass, there's no cause for concern, don't give too much of fiber rich food.

Hello If your child is not suffering with diarrhoea and if your child is not passing motion immediately after eating a meal that there is a requirement for a mini medicine because 4 to 5 times motion in a day is considered completely normal so if you need you please consult your doctor ones
