ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, such commercially available packaged foods contain ingredients like sugar, flavour and is better to avoid. It is better to give homemade food. For convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
