W Well there can be lots of reasons behind it but right now the most common one that I can think of a screen timing parents are giving mobile phones and tablets to the child from a very early age which is why kids are suffering with a delayed speech also and sometimes it could just be naturally only so in this case you should always take a guidance from a speech therapist was
