start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
avoid sticky and sweet foods .

You go for Colgate which is fluoride free specifically for the kids range see you go for any brand any toothpaste doesn’t matter it has to be completely fluoride free for the child after the age of five years minimum and that is what mattersWrite Your Answer Here
