can you suggest healthy meal options as my son dont like milk. how can we give calcuim intake other than milk

A. Hello mom you can try it out with adding flavours to the milk such as fresh fruit milk shake, kheer, add in porridge etc panner, curds, other calcium sources are millets such as ragi as well, also legumes such as chana, rajma etc, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits and nuts
