can you suggest fibre supplements for 3 year old son he is always getting constipated please help me

A. Hello ma’am There is no supplement as such you should start giving good amount of food which are written fighter Mansi and more of citrus fruits as they are highly highly rich in fibre and also you should be giving all these things to the child to deal with
