can you please suggest types of food to be given for 7months old baby boy.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! As baby is 7 months old feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes cerelac,sooji, Dalia, oats, porridge, idly, Ragi porridge, soups, rice starch are suggested but check suitability before introducing new food item.
Feed small quantity for two days if no motions,, vomitings allergy then continue in diet.
