can you please suggest summer vegetarian food options for 18 month old baby? my son is refusing many foods that I offer due to heat waves and high temp. please help me

Hello mom.please not to worry the season is such as its heat the hunger is low and the emphasis is more on fluids and also foods that would help to cool the body. you can give them coconut water , fresh seasonal fruits , or sometimes in juice form as well , also cucumber etc make some aam panna etc

Give your child healthy homemade foods and keep hydrated. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
