ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, a 5 months old baby need not be given any other diet apart from breast milk. You should exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. only mothers milk should be given to a 5 months old baby it is said that mothers milk exclusively should be the diet of the child till completion of six months after that you can introduce semi solid food
