Mam there is no timetable to feed according to the sleep and wake up time you can give three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner you can include Khichdi porridge banana sweet potato varieties of dairy products and all kind of fruits and vegetables in the diet you can also give varieties of food that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji
