can we use neosprin powder to dry the belly button of my new born. she is 8 days old. she is not doing potty from 4 days, is it a sign to worry

A. Newborns do not do potty for 7-10 days and this is pretty normal if the baby is exclusively breastfed and there is nothing to worry about. You can use the corner of a washcloth to clean in the belly button, but avoid using a soap or avoid scrubbing too hard. Ask your doctor before using anything on the belly button.
