U And if you want to but you should not because if you understand the skin is so sensitive down there if you continuously use diapers then the child is going to have severe rashes and it can turn into infection also later so use it in a practical manner you know where in you are using it in changing after four hours take a gap of one hour or 1 1/2 hour then you use another time and always apply Boroline or Vaseline into that area
