AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom No, not for one month baby. Baby rub is not recommended for the babies below three months. For cold give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply warm mustard oil with pinch of rock salt on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
