no harm. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

Try Babyhug daily moisturising lotion for your baby. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
