Regarding sex after a preventive cervical stitch (cerclage), it is generally advised to avoid intercourse, especially in the initial weeks after the procedure, because the stitch is placed to prevent premature opening of the cervix and reduce the risk of preterm delivery. Sexual activity may increase pressure or irritation around the cervix. However, recommendations can vary depending on your specific condition, the reason for the stitch, and your doctor’s assessment. It is best to follow your gynecologist’s advice and get clear guidance during your next visit before resuming sexual activity.

I don’t think so it’s a very good idea because cervical stitch is actually given so that it can avoid premature delivery so I don’t think it’s a very good idea so you should avoid ahead of this if you want you can always crosscheck with your doctor once
