a balanced diet having variety of food groups
limit unhealthy processed foods
good physical activity outdoor play daily, limit screen and gadget time
encourage child to eat variety of food and finish all that is served on plate , picky children are less likely to have optimal health

his meals should include different pulses, beans, dairy products too which are Rich in protine and help in Healthy weight gain
