NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello yes you can give fruits and egg for the child and always give egg on small quantity when given for the first time and signs of allergy noticed then you should wait till one year and also fruits like appe banana chocoo or papaya are all safe to be given
