ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. for gases.. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy. Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel n do both leg cycling exercise.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom Gripe water can be given to the baby as long as it does not contain alcohol in it so if baby is having any kind of gas issue rather than given Gripe water you can ask your doctor for the medication like colicaid drops or gastrica gastrica
