can we give sugar and salt in baby food

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello salt or sugar should not be given till the child complete one year as the added salt can affect the baby kidney and you should give natural form like jaggery or date instead of sugar which would be safe and nothing to worry about
