can we give salt to 6mon old baby? My pediatrician told I can give in small amount in daal ka pani. But have seen many places they tell not to give. So i am highly confused. plz do tell

A. better to avoid adding sakt in baby food.. till 1 year of age. Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load.
