yes ,if a child is feeling comfortable with it then you can give.
but as per my opinion,as it is growing phase of childhood, instead of sticking on particular food item , better to serve variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
so that a child can get all essential nutrients in adequate quantities too.
