can we give pumpkin seeds to my 8 month old baby

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 weeks agoA. yes mam, mash them properly before giving it to the baby. you can also give vegetables puree or ragi porridge to the baby. give mashed apples, bananas and potatoes to the baby. whatever new thing you introduce to the baby, start with small quantity and increase gradually.
