can we give protein bar as a substitute of chocolate to 2-3years old baby

A. It is better to avoid any kind of sweet packaged food to the baby at this early stage. Just like chocolates, protein bars also contain high amount of artificial sugar which is not good for still developing teeth and overall health. Unlike as claimed, these are also an unhealthy option. Instead, give variety of dry fruits prepared as small laddoos Or slices.
