Q.
Can we give normal pasturized milk for my 1 year twin babies and also kindly suggest the foods for the babies . Since we are giving rice and dates. We need to add more than that.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. After one year of age you can start giving packet milk and also can be used for cooking porridge or kheer for the child and now gradually introduce all family foods and give chapati parantha khichdi dal rice sabji and milk and milk products

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Cereals can be mixed with breast milk or with pasteurised whole (full-fat) cows' milk (or goats' or sheep's milk) if your child is over 12 months old. Starchy foods potato.sweet potato.rice.baby rice.pasta.porridge.oats.oatmeal.
