Deepika GuptaMom of a 15 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. hello. yes you can introduce oats in your child's diet but avoid the packaged food that are available in the market and make them from scratch as you make other types of vegetable khichdi packaged foods contain a lot of chemicals which are not good for the kids
