Q.

can we give Jaggery powder to 6month old baby.. if not then what substitute can be added? actually she is not eating bland food..

A. don't add till 8 month. Give Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya

A. good morning yes definitely you can start giving jaggery it is said that salt and sugar should be avoided up to the age of 12 months however you can definitely give healthy substitutes to the child
