Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Yes You can give money to the child after the age of one year because that would be the right age for you to introduce it to the child so if your child is one year complete then you can give everything to your child there is no restriction on anything to be given
