give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also please avoid to give your baby glucose d or c at this age. as it is always advisable not to give baby any sugar and salt till. one year at least.
