Can we give egg omlette daily in breakfast? Are canned juices like BNatural good for daily consumption?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom yes definitely u can give egg daily in breakfast in any form. But avoid giving packed juices. These are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours that are not good to consume daily
