can we give cilic aid drops to 3weeks new born and dosage?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Yes in case of stomach pain u can give 5 drops one time in the day and max 4 times in a day and ayes u can sue it only when needed and in case of doubt h can check with your doc and they can help h with all your doubts
