Can we give chayawanprash to a 7 mnth old baby? if no then from which age we should give?

After an year you can give the same.
As it may contain sugar (though the organic one) ..
Chyawanprash is the best anti ofxident.
But for now please don't give it ,
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Take more probiotics , millet's and fruits
