A. yes buy in powder form... or grind and make laddos... begin with small quantity to check if it suits the baby.

A. hi dear The short answer: Unless your baby has a history of eczema or food allergies, they can try nuts shortly after they start solids — as early as 4 to 6 months. Just make sure that once you start (and they don't have a reaction), you keep it up.
