Q.

can we give ajwain water ( 1 drop) to 3 month old baby, because she has lot of gas, colic she is totally on formula milk

A. Instead if that you can apply hung paste around navel and if required give neopeptine drops up the baby and make sure you burp Baby after feeding and give tummy time
