Yes you can, Doctors often recommend an oral rehydration solution (ORS) such as Pedialyte, Ceralyte, or Gastrolyte, in small and frequent doses, to get a baby's body rehydrated. Even if the baby is vomiting, parents are encouraged to administer the solution.
