can we feed cerelac in 3rd month to a baby

A. Hai good afternoon !! Until 5 complete months semi solids ,cerelac are not suggested ,only breast milk or formula milk is suggested as baby's digestive system is not completely functioning . Once baby reaches milestone holding neck ,tries to sit with support by the time of 5-6 months they are ready for semi solid foods.
