can we feed cerelac after 10 pm?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. will not advice to feed solids at 10pm.. try to give solids or dinner by 7pm to 8.30pm in between.. then around 10pm , milk before bed will be good.. maintain gap between feeds as at least two hrs between intake.. take care..
