AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom No not now. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Breastfeed is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrient required for the growth and development of the baby. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana etc
