ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist6 days agoA. Namaste Mom, You meant by dieting? well would not recommend as of now, so avoid too many restrictions as that would hamper your breast milk quality as such, just be mindful of what you consume, and avoid high sugar, refined and processed foods

You are saying that diet you want to do or something else that’s not clear to me because if you’re feeding mother and if you want to do a diet then you should consult a nutritionist because they can advise you with everything that is going to be healthy during this time
