ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician3 years agoA. yes can do it No problem Take leukworm water Wrap clean cotton cloth to ur index finger Soak cloth with this water and gently clean babys tongue Twice a day. Do gum massage ar the same time It will help for easy eruption of teeth
