can we add salt and sugar to 8 months old?

A. no dear mum avoid salt and sugar addition to the food of the baby it can be used after 12 months sugar can risk overweight and teeth problems kidney of baby are not mature to process salt

A. hello you should avoid added sugar and salt for the kids in the child complete one year as the decimal for the infant formula milk will itself contain the added sugar and salt and it would be better or to give additional salt as it can affect the baby kidney
