NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can expect the weight of the child be around 7 kg to 9 kg and if you are child is active then it is not a problem just make sure to give a well balance food in the diet which will help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry
