For hypothyroidism u need to have a very balanced and healthy lifestyle
It cannot be cured with one single food
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Start your day with dhaniya water ( post 40 min of taking thyroid medicine)
Do not skip breakfast
Include protein in every meal
Try to reduce wheat and replace with brown rice, oats, jowar, bajra, ragi
In thyroid you should avoid intake of cabbage, cauliflower, peanuts, broccoli, soya products, mushrooms , raddhish .. you can have them in cooked form 2-3 times in a month
Avoid excess intake of bakery products, high salt foods, packaged foods, sugar and sugary drinks
Workout for 45 mins 6 days a week
Also hypothyroid medicine should be taken on empty stomach first thing in morning and then anything should be taken after 40 mins only

U Should actually consult a nutritionist once she can tell you all the do and the donts relating to the food that you should be having since you are suffering from hypothyroidism the doctor would be able to advise you correctly with the kind of meal plan you should follow for yourself
