Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, peanuts and raisins. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. You can give idli or dosa with sambar, kadhi rice, sooji upma, vermicelli upma, ragi porridge, rice porridge, roti dipped in Dal or any other vegetable curry, cut carrot or cucumber pieces, parantha with curd, etc.

Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Offer fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give peanut butter.
