You may have heartburn as the expanded uterus presses against many of the internal organs within the body such as the stomach. Spotting or bleeding is common. This is due to the increased sensitivity of the cervix. Sleeplessness due to the urge to urinate frequently or uncomfortable sleeping position or anxiety.
