A. please avoid any type of self medication whatever medicine to take for increasing breast milk supply can also have an effect on your other body systems so better to take advice from a doctor and then only start

A. There are several prescription drugs that have been used to increase milk supply: Metoclopramide (Reglan), Domperidone (Motilium), and sulpiride (Eglonyl, Dolmatil, Sulpitil, Sulparex, Equemote). The presence of an appropriate level of the hormone prolactin permits lactation to proceed normally.
